The Government of Ghana has received financing from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) towards the cost of the Rural Enterprises Programme (REP) and and intends to apply part of the proceeds for the recruitment of consulting services.
The use of any IFAD financing shall be subject to IFAD’s approval, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the financing agreement, as well as IFAD’s rules, policies and procedures. IFAD and its officials, agents and employees shall be held harmless from and against all suits, proceedings, claims, demands, losses and liability of any kind or nature brought by any party in connection with Rural Enterprises Programme (REP).
REP now invites prospective consultant to submit their Expression of Interest to for the following assignment: Technical Assistance To Provide Institutional Support To Gratis Foundation To Obtain ISO Certificate (ISO 9001:2015)
The consulting services (“the services”) include but not limited to the following:
A consultant will be selected in accordance with the Quality Based Selection (QBS) method set out in IFAD’ project procurement handbook that can be accessed via the IFAD website at www.ifad.org/project-procurement.

The Rural Enterprises Programme (REP) is part of Ghana Government’s efforts to reduce poverty and improve living conditions in the rural areas. It is an excellent example of the commitment of the Government of Ghana and development partners to scale up successful projects.
